I am a Georgia native resident. Go Dawgs! I went to Gainesville State College in 1973 obtaining my Business Management Administration degree. I moved to Birmingham, AL in 1980. In the ealry 80’s I started the business as TurnKey services, LLC, and finally incorporating the name in 1993. I later decided to do business as Apartment Services in 2005. Over 40 years of experience and building relationships.

I know about painting everything and even more! I have worked as a painter for over 17 years. I am also Leonard's son and COO, tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business.
