Leonard Jones began painting apartments in 1980. What started with a paintbrush grew into a business built around helping property owners and managers solve problems.
Over the years, Leonard expanded beyond painting, bringing together trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC to tackle more of the work apartment communities need. That hands-on experience shaped Apartment Services: practical solutions, personal relationships and pride in a job done right.
Today, Leonard works alongside his son Ryan, Project Manager, and the office team to coordinate renovation, painting and repair projects.
His approach is straightforward: “Call me with your apartment problems, and I’ll do my best to make them a thing of the past.”
